Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Burbank, California
The Only, LLC (“us”, “we”, “our”) ships using United Postal Servive (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm PST, excluding weekends and major U.S.A. holidays. Orders will ship 5-7 business days after you order.
Transit times will vary based of a few different factors, including but not limited to:
-Distance that the product is shipped
-What delivery option you selected
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors:
-the total weight of the package
-selected shipping method
-Rural area delivery***
Rural area delivery: For areas that UPS considers to be “rural” there are additional fees that we may incur. If that happens we will reach out to the customer and they can choose to cancel the order or pay the rural delivery fee.
Do you ship internationally?
No, but we will in the near future.
Stolen or Refused Packages
The Only, LLC is not responsible for stolen packages, so please follow the tracking number that is sent to you closely and arrange for the package to be delivered to a secure or hidden area if you will not be there to receive it.
If a customer refuses a package delivery and the package is sent back, all delivery charges to and from the destination as well any additional fees incurred by The Only, LLC will be deducted from the total refund amount to the customer.
If for any reason you do need to return something to us, send your item back within 14 days of receiving the product to the address below. Include your order number on the outside of the package!

Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. In the event you no longer have access to this account or it is no longer active, we will then process your refund in the form of a check mailed to the address in your customer profile which can take 4-6 weeks to process. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
What do you do with returned product?
All returned products cross over the rainbow bridge to the trash can.
How do I track my order?
Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

Do you offer Pro Discounts?

Are your products vegan?
Almost, but no. Our lipstick is Vegetarian.
Are your products cruelty free?
Yes. Animals are for loving, not for testing cosmetics!
